He's Dying?!

I got word that my best friend from like 18 years ago has been battling stomach cancer and might be dying. I can't imagine that he might only have a short time to live from here on out! He's only going to be 32 in a couple months and he has three kids and one on the way. It's way too short for him to go now and I hope he doesn't find out that it might be coming back. I haven't heard from him in a week or so and I'm beginning to worry but I think his girlfriend is keeping him from calling me. I'm not sure what to do about it yet so all I can really do is sit and worry and it's not the most fun thing to do.
