Get a Job(?)

Even though I have so many ideas that I'd like to work on and bring in some money with I've been thinking that maybe the safer route would better. I'm thinking maybe I'll just go back to school and get an actual career. I'd LOVE more than anything to work for myself, it might be better to have a stable job, insurance, and a pension. I'm not sure any idea I have will really bring in enough for living and saving so it might be a better side thing to do. The only question I have left to answer would be what kind of career path do I want to follow? The medical field is probably best since there's never a shortage of jobs so I might look for a medical assistance program that suits me and is some what flexible since I really don't have a schedule. We'll see but at least it's a thought for now.
