Clean it Out!

No matter how hard I've tried I can't get my stepdad to clean out the garage and basement. I hate having to deal with piles of junk every time I need to get something. We'd have a ton of more room if he'd get rid of the industrial equipment that came with the house. He thinks that it's worth something but he's not even trying to sell it and when he had a couple of offers he wouldn't budge on the price. It's SO annoying! I think I need to get some TV show in here and make him realize what a bunch of junk it really is to us.
