Passive Income

DH always kicks himself for not investing any money that we've had into something that can generate some money for us. Of course his ideas were always kind of wonky so I'm not sure how gung-ho I'd be anyway but I see his point. It would be really nice to have money to invest into something. My brother in law makes a good amount so he's decided to start buying properties. He's decided that he wants to have a bunch of them in vacationing areas so that he can always use them for himself if they aren't occupied. His target right now is Outer banks short sales to keep the process short. Man I wish I never put myself into a hole so I could do this stuff too.
