Funny What You Don't Know...

As I type I'm sitting outside waiting for some one to come buy something from our yard sale. It's humid, boring, I know I'll end up with heat stroke again today, and it's 9:30am. LOL Our neighbor two doors down decided to pull out some of her stuff too since she's planning a move soon. Why? Because she's American Idol's Adam Lambert's mom! I would NEVER have known! Now I feel just a little more guilty that I didn't watch this season (normally I do but we didn't get FOX well until recently). Such a Bummer. I do know that he's super talanted and in my opinion, should have won. There's been a great success rate for runner ups though so I hope he can ride that wave. What a fantastic surprise!

Mail Mania

You know it's funny, I think I get more advertising mail each year than anything else. I swear there's some sort of list that I'm on that tells people that I don't have any insurance. I get all these insurance marketing flyers and letters all the time. It would be really great if I could afford to accept one of the offers and get some better coverage for No-No and I but we can't afford anyhting at all right now.

It's really sad because the only money we get each month is just enough to cover the few bills we can afford to stay current on and that's it. I'm not really sure what we're going to do and I'm freaking out all the time because it hasn't come this close in a while now. Hopefully I can figure something out soon so that next month won't be this bad because boy is it B A D!

Pooping Pills

I love to read reviews of all kinds to kind of keep me up to date since there are always so many new products. One of the most enjoyable to read are the diet pill reviews. Why? Well, I've always wondered which ones, if any, actually work but most of all the Alli reviews. Now, I have taken Alli and had some success with it. It's not one that would say that you'll lose weight fast because you won't. If you want to lose weight fast by pooping everything you eat out, then you're better off with a laxitive (I can't imagine why you'd want to do that anyway!). Being that it's FDA approved really wasn't that much of a selling point for me because they don't regulate the way they should but it is nice to know the company went that far. The product is good but the side effects are BAD...which makes the reviews hysterical to me. Reading that people had "pooped in their pants" is funny enough just to know that they'd admit that they did! (Yes, I am that immature sometimes) I mean, would you tell people that an oily substance came out involuntarily? I sure as heck wouldn't! LOL They should have read the many booklets that those pills come with and stuck to their recommendations to begin with.

In any case, they are really helpful because people aren't being paid for their reviews but just want someone to benefit from their two cents. I like people that do that to save my money. ;o)
