Eco-Shopping

Okay, we all know I hate shopping online because of shipping costs, so when there is free shipping offered that's about the only time I do it. I thought this thing I read was really interesting though and have a difference of opinion about it now.

I always wondered if people were to shop online more gas would be saved and less emissions would be produced. According to this Green Study, the finding is that that would be true. Less vehicles would be used therefore reducing emissions by around 35%. That's pretty incredible!

The only problem that I have is that I'm a visual shopper and if the pictures aren't really detailed, I'm less inclined to buy something. Clothing is probably the one thing that I will not buy online unless it is for the kids but otherwise I think I might be a little less hesitant to click that purchase button.
